Fitness goals may vary but the discipline and consistency to reach those goals always remains the same.
Michelle has been the only person to light a fire under my almost 37 year old ass in the past fourteen years. I'm seeing results from just one class a week. Capable and strong are two words that I've never associated with until now. Her focus is on feeling good vs a number on a scale which is much more sustainable and we're celebrating small victories every week. I'm finally showing up, doing the work, and feeling amazing.

I stumbled upon Michelle’s Instagram page at a time when I was feeling utterly unmotivated and was barely working out due to the gym closures. I have always focused on cardio and HIIT but wanted to work more on my strength, and she inspired me, so I reached out to her. In three months, I went from struggling to do a push-up to doing multiple reps with ease, from banded hip thrusts to 100lb barbells, from 25lb RDLs to 75 lbs, and the list goes on. I have never had so much fun working out as I had with Michelle. Her positive energy and support never fail to motivate me. I have learned so much from her, and I am so grateful for all the progress I have made because of her exceptional work. Michelle is truly the best. ❤️
