$300/MONTH

CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROGRAMMING
You will receive a personalized training split on an app called Trainerize which is free for all my clients.
You'll have access to your exercises with videos and instructions included.
Customized based on your goals, fitness level, and the equipment you have access to.
NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE
You will receive a nutrition guide that includes information about
macronutrients, reading nutrition labels,
how to set macros for your goals and
lists of recommended foods .
WEEKLY COMMUNICATION
We will have weekly Sunday check-ins via WhatsApp to discuss in-depth about the week.
I'll be available throughout the week for you as needed -- for form videos, physical/mental
check-ins, and any other fitness/nutrition questions.

This option includes daily access to me for form checks and other training questions.
It does NOT include nutritional guidance or thorough weekly check-ins.
